BodyMed Boutique does not sell or distrubute your contact information. If you sign up to the newsletter you will receive periodic emails about shop sales or events.
If you purchase a product online, we use your contact information to communicate with you about that purchase.
As a customer you will be added to our newsletter list. if you are on the newsletter list, you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
We always try to have stock available for immediate purchase in store and shipping for online orders. In the event an item becomes out of stock, we will notifiy you immediatey with an estimated timeframe for restock. You will have the option to wait for the order or receive a refund.
Shipping will be done via Canada Post at a flat rate of $5.00 in Canada or $10.00 to the United States
We do not accept retuned products via mail. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the issue and receive authorization to return.
We highly recommend you come into the shop and be fitted by our Certified mastectomy or compression fitters. It is important to get the correct measurements and recomendations to recieve the correct product for you and your personal health issues.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we will not accept returns on fitted items that have been opened.
If you receive an item that you feel is defective in any way, we want to help. Please contact us with your name, email, phone number, product ordered and decription of the defect at email@example.com. We will contact you to discuss arranging a replacement product.
